Email bodies, voicemail audio, and meeting segments live in AI memory for under a second, then gone. What we keep: metadata, classifications, transcripts, thread IDs. That's it.

No model training, ever

Every inference provider we use runs under a zero-data-retention contract. Your conversations don't become someone else's AI. We have no ads. We have one product, and you pay for it.

Disconnect a mailbox or phone number — tokens revoked inside the same request. Delete your workspace — all data purged in 24 hours. Backups age out in 30 days. No hidden copies.

Is Bridgrs free to start?
Yes. Solo founders and single-mailbox users run Bridgrs free indefinitely. Paid plans begin when you add voice calling, a second mailbox, or invite a teammate — priced per-seat with a 14-day paid trial that ends automatically unless you confirm.
Do you read my email content or listen to my calls?
No human reads email or listens to recordings. The AI processes content in-memory for under a second to produce a classification or transcript, then the raw content is dropped. What we persist: metadata, classifications, transcripts, thread IDs. See the Limited Use disclosure.
Do you train AI on my data?
Never. Every inference provider we use runs under a zero-data-retention contract. Your data is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any generalised AI model. We contractually can't — even if we wanted to.
Can AI agents actually take calls for my business?
Yes. Deploy a voice AI agent on a Bridgrs phone line and it will answer, qualify, and either close the loop or escalate to a human. Full transcripts, knowledge-base grounding, and tool-call support. Start with screening calls and inbound routing — graduate to full qualification when you're comfortable.
Is Google's OAuth approval in place?
Bridgrs uses Gmail restricted scopes and is verified under Google's CASA Tier 2 process. Our OAuth consent screen is live, our privacy disclosures are public, and our security controls are documented. Enterprise customers can request our CASA letter of attestation under NDA.
What happens if I disconnect?
Disconnect any channel — Gmail OAuth revoked, phone numbers released, meeting recorder uninstalled — inside the same request. Delete your workspace and all data is purged within 24 hours. Backups age out within 30 days.
