Terms of service

The rules for using Bridgrs. Short as we could make them, specific where it matters.

Effective: 1 April 2026 Updated: 20 April 2026 Version 2.0

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Bridgrs (the Service) — whether at bridgrs.com, app.bridgrs.com, or any related domain — you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. What Bridgrs is

Bridgrs is a B2B email operations platform. It connects Gmail mailboxes, classifies inbound replies with AI, surfaces the threads that matter, and reports on outreach performance for teams of 1-500 people. Optional features include an AI drafting assistant, voice calling, and team workspaces.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18, legally able to form a binding contract, and not barred from using the Service under any applicable law. Bridgrs is built for businesses — personal and consumer use is out of scope.

4. Accounts and security

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bridgrs to:

6. Gmail / Google integration

Connecting a Google account authorizes Bridgrs to access that account as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to connect the account and that any onward use of data from it complies with applicable privacy laws and Google's terms. If Google revokes your tokens or changes its APIs, Bridgrs's ability to sync that account may be interrupted — we'll do what we can to maintain continuity but can't guarantee it.

7. Workspaces and teams

A workspace owner is responsible for actions taken inside their workspace by managers and agents they invite. Inviting a teammate means you confirm you have the right to grant them access to the mailboxes, classifications, and analytics within that workspace. Sub-users (managers, agents) are bound by these Terms and by any additional policies the workspace owner sets.

8. Your data / our IP

Your data is yours. You retain ownership of the email metadata, contact lists, and classifications that originate with your use of the Service. You grant Bridgrs a limited, worldwide license to process that data for the sole purpose of operating and improving the Service for you.

Our IP is ours. The Bridgrs name, marks, software, UI, and documentation are our intellectual property. Don't copy them, and don't claim them as yours.

If you send us feedback or feature requests, we may use it without restriction to improve the Service.

9. Pricing, billing, free trials

10. Service availability

We target high uptime but don't guarantee 100%. Planned maintenance will be announced in-app where possible. Bridgrs isn't liable for downtime caused by upstream providers (Google, Supabase, your internet connection) or force majeure.

11. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account any time from in-app settings or by emailing hello@bridgrs.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, threaten the security of the Service, or put other users at risk. Material breach and legal risk justify immediate termination without notice. Sections that survive termination include IP, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and any outstanding payment obligations.

12. Warranties — or lack thereof

The Service is provided as is and as available. We make no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that AI classifications will always be correct, that sync will never lag, or that every edge-case email will be parsed perfectly. Use professional judgement on outputs that drive revenue decisions.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgrs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities — arising out of your use of the Service, even if we've been advised of the possibility.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Bridgrs in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US$100.

14. Indemnification

You'll indemnify and hold harmless Bridgrs and its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of third-party rights — including Google's terms.

15. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Bridgrs is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to binding arbitration except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP or data-security matters. You waive any right to participate in a class action to the extent permitted by law.

16. Changes

We'll update these Terms when the product or the law evolves. Material changes are announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
